I'll break it down. First off definitions
Mkufuu-mwalimu/mzazi(parent/teacher or anyone senior of a child/student)
mwanafuu-mwanafunzi/mtoto(child/student/minor)
Simply Mkufuu is senior of mwanafuu. And mwanafuu is a minor to mkufuu
Cha mkufuu mwanafuu ha-inamaanisha ya kwamba kitu chochote cha mzazi au mwalimu au mtu yeyote anayemzidi mwanafunzi ama mtoto(MWANAfuu) kwa umri haifai mwanafunzi akichokore. Simply the child doesn't meddle in a parent's or teacher's affair.
Akila hu-mwanafuu/mtoto/mwanafunzi akichokora vitu vya mzazi ama mwalimu (hu)huona cha mtema kuni. Simply meaning if a child meddles in a parents' affairs he faces the wrath by getting some kind of punishment.
Cha mwanafuu mkufuu hu(hula)-chochote ambacho ni cha mwanafuu/mtoto/mwanafunzi mkufuu/mzazi/mwalimu anaweza chokora
Akila ha-na hata akichokora (ha)haoni cha mtema kuni. Just simply meaning that since a parent or teacher is senior to a student or child he can meddle in the child's affairs without facing any consequences. It's in the parent's/teacher's position to meddle as the child's senior

Cha mkufuu mwanafuu ha na aki hu, walakin cha mwanafuu mkufuu hu na aki ha.....in other words....cha mwalimu mwanafunzi hali na akila hufa, walakin cha mwanafunzi mwalimu hula na akila hafi....meaning....ni wajibu wa mwalimu kumfundisha mwanafunzi na akiamua kumpa mwanafunzi kazi afanye ni sharti mwanafunzi afanye na asipofanya basi mwalimu ana haki ya kumuadhibu lakini kile mwanafunzi anataka si lazima mwalimu afanye na mwalimu akikataa kufanya mwanafunzi hawezi kujitetea kivyovyote.
Maana yake inakaribia kufanana na....Mnyonge hana haki.
